The power of a supportive circle. “Cincinnati Doe” has been out for months and since its release the author, Donna, has been on the ground tirelessly sharing her story to anyone willing to listen. It is a powerful yet miraculous account of how her and her son’s life changed in August 2018.

It is not without the support of her tribe that she is able to continue spreading the word about gun violence and life after her son’s recovery. Yesterday I witnessed just that. Her friends, family and supporters of her new book gathered to hear some interesting back stories from the book, recent accomplishments and to share gratitude to those who continue to support her in this journey.
